By accessing this website or using our mobile applications — Beat The Deck or Dad's CarLog — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.

Use of Our Services

Our apps and website are provided for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to misuse our services, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or use them in any way that violates applicable laws.

Beat The Deck includes third-party advertising served by Google AdMob. By using Beat The Deck you acknowledge that ads may be displayed and that ad networks may collect your device's advertising identifier in accordance with their privacy policies. Dad's CarLog uses Google Firebase to store your vehicle data in the cloud; by using Dad's CarLog you consent to that storage as described in our Privacy Policy.

Your Content

Dad's CarLog lets you upload photos and other content ("Your Content"). You retain ownership of Your Content. By uploading it, you grant RidinTheWave LLC a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to store, process, and display Your Content solely to operate the app for you — including, if you choose to share a vehicle with another person, displaying it to those you share with.

You are responsible for Your Content. You represent that you own it or have the necessary rights to upload it, and that it does not infringe anyone's rights or violate any law. You agree not to upload content that is unlawful, infringing, or that you do not have permission to share.

If you believe content in our apps infringes your rights, contact us at RidinTheWaveLLC+web@gmail.com and we will review and remove infringing material where appropriate.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website and within our applications — including names, logos, graphics, and code — is the property of RidinTheWave LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that our apps or website will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.
