Overview
RidinTheWave LLC ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy describes how we handle information in connection with our website and mobile applications, including Beat The Deck and Dad's CarLog.
Information We Collect
Our website does not collect personal information beyond what your browser sends automatically (IP address, browser type, referring page). We do not use tracking cookies or analytics on this site. We load fonts from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com), which means Google's servers receive your IP address as part of that request — see Google's Privacy Policy.
Dad's CarLog stores your vehicle information, fuel logs, maintenance records, and any photos you add using Google Firebase — a cloud storage and analytics platform operated by Google LLC. This means that data is stored on Google's servers, not solely on your device. Firebase may also collect usage analytics such as crash reports and session data. If you opt in to iCloud, your photos are also stored in your own iCloud account (Apple CloudKit), governed by Apple's privacy policy and controlled through your Apple ID. Beat The Deck uses Google Analytics for Firebase to collect usage data (session length, game events, device type, and approximate location derived from IP address). It also displays in-app advertisements served by Google AdMob. Ad networks may collect your device's advertising identifier (IDFA) and use it to serve relevant ads. See Google's Privacy Policy. You can limit ad tracking in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Apple Advertising.

Apple App Store
When you download our apps through the Apple App Store, Apple may collect information pursuant to its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review Apple's Privacy Policy.
Children's Privacy
Our services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Beat The Deck displays ads; if you believe your child under 13 has used Beat The Deck and you wish to request data deletion, please contact us at the email below. You can disable personalized ads on a child's device in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Apple Advertising.
Your Privacy Rights
California residents (CCPA/CPRA): You have the right to know what personal information we collect, request deletion, and opt out of "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising. To exercise these rights, email us at the address below.
EU/EEA residents (GDPR): You have the right to access, correct, erase, and port your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Our legal basis for app analytics and advertising is legitimate interest; for Firebase data storage it is performance of the app's core function. To exercise these rights, email us. We will respond to verifiable requests within 30 days.
